I like your landscapes and the light touch in the darkroom. I greatly appreciate all the help with your articles and reviews. My 1960's slides from when I lived in Alaska and the Dominican Republic started to deteriorate, a great incentive to start my digital darkroom. Epson 2450 & 2200. Still learning how best to do things.

Fantasite landscapes. I can definitely see an Ansel Adams influence. I will be looking forward to seeing more. I shoot 35mm, scan with my Epson 2450 (that I think is excellent) and print on Epson 1270 or Canon S9000.

Just beginning digital photography. This is the best web site I've ever seen for someone like me. I like the technical details. It helps me understand what is happening. Keep up the great work.

I wanted to ask whether you have n opinion as yet, on the new Epson 3200 flatbed/film scanner? I am considering replacing my Canon 2400U and the Epson seems a step up in quality and resolution. What do you think?

Sincerely,

I stumbled onto your site from Ancestry.com looking for Koren's. You're family background was interesting, however, it doesn't sound like we are related. Nice site! I like photography so I will be back to visit your site. Thanks, Cheryl

I really enjoy you web site. You provide a tremendous amount of information that is both informative and useful. I especially like the information that you provide on using PW Pro. I am surprised that PW isn't recognized by more people than it is. I'm also looking forward to reading your new articles on using PW as you say you plan to do.

Norman,

your work is great. I learn much from your web site. I'm a Leica DigiLux One user. Information on your site helped me choose the camera and printer too (EPSON Stylus Photo 950). Than you for your excellent work.

Pali.

Very excellent site! Lots of great info.

I didn't spot anywhere where I could download a PDF or similar file for any the subjects. Did I miss it, or is it not available?

I'd like to print out some of the material for my personal use, and I don't like to print fro the screen, but from a nice "clean" file such as PDF.

Thanks again for all your fine material.

Thanks much for building this site. I've just finished assembling the components of a fine print digital darkroom including the Epson 2200 and Nikon Super Coolscan 4000 and your site has been extremely valuable to me as I am not a digital techie by a long shot. I'm sure you know that the users manuals shipped with this equipment leave a lot to be desired. Living in the hinterlands of northeast Oregon leaves me at a disadvantage for local learning resources. I thought Photoshop Elements was a pretty good program until I read your comments about Picture Window Pro. I've now ordered that program and am looking forward to trying it. I've got a lot of nice slides to scan and print and I want to get the hightest quality prints. Thanks again.
